Name:Cradle of Chains
Description:Puts opponent in a genjutsu where several burning chains appear. They form a cradle with two chains wrapping around victim. The two chains pull victim to cradle and makes it seem like he/she is burning.

Description:Curses victim if makes contact during transition. It makes it so in 5-10 posts, the victim is unconscious. It has one use per battle. The user is in one position for the transition of trying to capture his opponent in genjutsu

Jer, concerning C rank; genin have it for an ace in the hole, but mostly chuunin have them.
