New custom rules

Heres the deal no clan custom you have earn them by winning a contast

hmm i got one how bout the first to beat my friend tayuya without any jutsu but only she can lol or face konan and try to beat her with only tai jutsu and if you want to join either one of these it means you cannot post new taijutsu or any jutsu till contest over or we could have a tournement

From my own understanding of that rule, is that custom clans are to be the ones needed for contest. I could be wrong, but that's how I understood that poorly written rule.
