History:Damian was a mixed breed of Hyuuga and Kaguya hence forth they called him the walking dead. Damian was born with a hole through his neck though he did not die that was because of the Kaguya blood in him. The Hyuuga blood how ever took no place or so they thought. Damian was able to contract chakra into his eyes to keep the color green and to send a permenent black line going down both eyes at the age of 14. Damian then had created the permanent Byakugan which exherted alot of chakra from damian so he had came up with a counter strategy which required him to kill a ninja that had the blood of hyuuga he killed his own mother to poor the blood into his eyes to contrict the chakra from being taken away from him that way he could do the gentle fist style with out using alot of chakra.
Later on he had killed his father in the battle to the death to fight for leadership in the Kaguya Clan he had one and as a reward he had riped the spine and the right half of the skull of his fathers and used it as weapons to protect him. Later on from Damian going too crazy of blood lust his eyes turned into that of snake eyes and the green glowed brighter. at age 19 he had left the village being granted as jounin for killing half the ninja of his village (rock) and still was the clan member of the Kaguya. At around one month from then he was accepted into the akatsuki but was known as a secret member and was gaven a black ring with nothing on it and white clothes that rid not match the akatsuki to make it seem as if he had no affiliation with the Akatsuki

That's not the point. The point is, that this character doesn't have a custom clan(1), whereas this character has 2 clans in one character.
